Stout’s Supper Club

Sara Stout is opening the new restaurant in Uniontown.  They are located across the street from the Wawaiwa Wine Tasting Room.  Stouts’ are working with the permitting process, and it looks like we are about 3 weeks out or so. They don’t have a firm open date, but hoping for March 3.

They will be serving 4 nights a week dinner starting in March and hope to open for Sunday brunch in May and expand hours from there through the summer. Hours will be 5 pm to 9 pm Thursday through Sunday to start.

Their on, Dylan Stout, is the chef. He is planning a simple yet hearty menu of traditional dinner and supper dishes. We will have 4-5 entrees on the menu, with a selection of sides. Our guests will select an entrée and 2 sides. Entrees will include honey glazed pork chops, stuffed chicken breasts, traditional prime sirloin, shrimp scampi, stuffed sweet potatoes and every so often a fish option. We will also keep a burger on the menu as well. The sides will include a nightly soup, salad, rice, a potato and sautéed vegetables. All dinners accept the burger, will also come with a dinner roll. We are planning to have a dessert as well. Wine, beer, soft drinks for beverages.

Dinner prices will range from $13 to $20. If the prices of protein continuing to rise, we may see that range increase.
