Planning & Zoning
The Uniontown Planning Commission is appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the Town Council. The Planning Commission consists of 5 members whose term of office is 5 years.
The Planning Commission typically deals with Land Use and Zoning issues and is responsible for the keeping and updating of the official Zoning Map, the Comprehensive Plan and Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Uniontown, commonly referred to as the Land Use Ordinance.
Uniontown land use ordinances must be reviewed and followed for any building projects in the town. Please contact the Town Clerk for information regarding Planning & Zoning.
Brian Davies is the serving committee chairperson.
Meeting Schedule
Regularly scheduled Planning Commission meetings are the 2nd Monday of the month at 7:00 PM in the Town Council Chambers.
